Thanks for the comment on my blog and I started out blogging and found a whole cycling community that loves to talk bikes so it is a fantastic way to share ideas and training methods and everything....one site I love is the Tip of the Day site I have listed in my blogs I read, it posts a lot of common sense stuff like the latest entry is on putting tyres on with some helpful tips.....Your blog looks great...keep up the cycling it is a fantastic sport and supported by a lot of supportive and encouraging people.
